I will be honest, I’d given up on the idea. no donations for almost a year, I’d even stopped checking the email. but today I did and…. there was a donation!!! back from Sept 5th.

£95! that’s the difference the recent mortgage rate cuts have made to my payments.

Very, very pleased! savings are hitting an all time high, will be able to make a large over payment very soon

UK rates down!

The Bank of England has reduced the interest rates down to 1%http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7871932.stm

Recieved details of my new mortgage rate, change of another £100 per month
The overpayments have been increased, looking good for the year ahead.
