£95! that’s the difference the recent mortgage rate cuts have made to my payments.
Very, very pleased! savings are hitting an all time high, will be able to make a large over payment very soon

The Bank of England has reduced the interest rates down to 1%http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7871932.stm
Will post details soon as soon as I get an update from the bank for my payments…
Savings could be increased even further…

Recieved details of my new mortgage rate, change of another £100 per month
The overpayments have been increased, looking good for the year ahead.
